The North American squad will play under a new banner as Chaos Esports Club returns to the NA region
Just days after announcing the release of its previous roster, Chaos Esports Club has signed a new squad, with the organization picking up the roster of North American team Quincy Crew. The organization signed the entirety of the team’s lineup and coach, though Offlaner Jonáš “SabeRLight-” Volek remains a trial player for the squad as he is still on loan from Team Singularity. Also moving to the Chaos Esports Club organization will be the former manager of Quincy Crew, Jack “KBBQ” Chen, who will retain his managerial duties with the new organization.
The move marks a return to the North American region for Chaos Esports Club, with the organization having originally spawned as an NA team back in 2015 under the name Digital Chaos. After a pair of rebrandings and a shift from North America to South America and then to Europe, the organization will be returning to its roots with the signing of this new roster. The team’s first appearance under its new organization is fast approaching, as the newly christened Chaos Esports Club will begin its run at the DOTA Summit 11 Minor on November 7.
